Rate is locked at the rate you had when each customer signed up. If your tier moves up later, only new referrals get the new rate — your existing customers stay at their locked rate.

Their commission rate locks at your current tier rate the moment they get attributed to you.

You get paid monthly
Stripe Connect pays out on the 1st of each month for every invoice your referrals paid the prior month.

- What does “locked at signup” mean?
- Whatever your tier rate is the moment a customer signs up through your link, that's the rate that applies to every Stripe invoice they ever pay — for as long as they remain active. Even if WideLens changes the tier table later, or you move to a higher tier, your existing customers stay at their locked rate.
- When do payouts ship?
- The 1st of each month, for the prior month's commissions. Payouts go to your connected Stripe account.
- What if my audience grows? Do I move up tiers?
- Yes — message us when you cross 50K or 250K and we'll bump your tier. New referrals attach at the new rate; existing ones stay locked unless we agree to a retroactive bump.
- Is there a minimum payout?
- No minimum. Stripe handles payouts down to single-dollar amounts.
- Can I be a VIP affiliate?
- Yes — large creators, agencies, and integration partners get negotiated rates above the standard tiers. Reach out when you join the beta.
